General Questions
Along with the new Inter Telecom's SIM card, you will simultaneously get 2 numbers
- A Greek fixed number according to your place of residence.
- A British mobile number
The number of the SIM card is randomly defined at the first startup and does not change.

According to the new legislation (No. 3783/2009), all owners of prepaid SIM cards must register their personal information.
Along with the SIM card, you will receive the Solemn Declaration (Article 8 Law 1599/1986) to EETT which you need to fill in and validate in a nearby Citizen Service Center or at the Police Station, together with a copy of your Identification Document and send these documents back to us.
Visit www.intertelecom.gr and navigate to Mobile. Fill in your credentials on the Mobile Login section.
Your username is your mobile phone number and the Password is your PIN number.
The SIM card remains active for 12 months since the last charged service (call, sms, mobile internet).
